Rural Connectivity
This initiative seeks to assess and support the IT needs of rural providers to harmonize data-sharing capabilities, increase the rate of health information sharing, and advance health information exchange across Colorado Rural Health Clinics through funding, analytics, and tools to help support immunization registries, care coordination, and quality measurements in their communities.

Consent Management
The goal of the Consent Management Workgroup is to develop recommendations and requirements that prioritize patient consent, enhance data privacy, and establish secure data-sharing practices across the state. This workgroup aims to empower individuals in their healthcare decisions and ensure ethical and responsible health information exchange.

OeHI’s Care Coordination Workgroup is on hiatus beginning in early 2023 as we develop a data governance strategy for our social health information exchange.
This initiative seeks to strengthen community connections to develop meaningful insights in support of equitable access to quality care and services for all Coloradans.
